We have two categories of fees:
Project-based. For time-limited projects, we charge fixed project fees. A project fee includes every action needed to complete a specified project, and a two weeks of unlimited follow-up period to address any questions or issues pertaining to the project completed. Project fees begin at $225 for small projects. A project may involve resolving a specific problem or adding new functionality to the network.
Management-Based. If the client has a need to have us on board for ongoing strategy discussions, and to routinely verify the efficiency of the I.T. operations, a monthly management fee may be appropriate. Such a fee mechanism also applies to special cases with requirement for us to handle open-ended areas. The fee is based on the scope and complexity of the areas for us to handle, and would be discused, analyzed, and quoted in advance. Typically, we would look to take on support and maintenance functions on a temporary basis, such as when a client for whom we previously set up or upgraded a network experiences exceptional circumstances where their normal support and maintenance resources become unavailable; or as a training and bridging function, to transition from when we set up or substantially upgrade a new network, until a vendor or employee can be trained to handle routine support and maintenance activities with the new technologies.
