We have two categories of fees:
Project-based. For time-limited projects, we charge fixed project fees. A project fee includes every action needed to complete a specified project, and a two weeks of unlimited follow-up period to address any questions or issues pertaining to the project completed. Project fees begin at $225 for small projects. A project may involve resolving a specific problem or adding new functionality to the network.
Support & Maintenance. If the client has a need for ongoing technology support services and to manage their network, we use a monthly fee based on the scope and complexity of the network. This covers ongoing monitoring of critical functions, any number of support requests, any amount of repairs necessary and ongoing maintenance activities in the background, to keep the network operating efficiently.
